INVERROCHE CLASSIC GIN & TONIC
YOU WILL NEED
- Inverroche Gin Classic
- Barker and Quin Finest Indian Tonic Water
- Lemon or grapefruit zest
METHOD
- Fill a glass with ice cubes (a pre-chilled glass is recommended).
- Pour a double measure of Inverroche Gin Classic onto the ice.
- Top it off with Barker and Quin Finest Indian Tonic Water. Pour gently to retain the effervescent bubbles.
- Garnish with a long curl of grapefruit or lemon rind. Make sure all of the pith of the citrus has been removed.
- Give it a gentle stir, relax and enjoy.
