TIME ANCHOR DISTILLERY GIN & TONIC

YOU WILL NEED

• Time Anchor Distillery Botanics Gin
• Caperetif
• Barker and Quin Finest Indian Tonic Water
• Grapefruit wedge
• Rosemary sprig

METHOD

• Fill a glass with ice cubes.
• Pour a double tot of Time Anchor Distillery Botanics Gin over the ice.
• Add a single tot of Caperetif.
• Top it off with Barker and Quin Finest Indian Tonic Water. Pour gently to retain the effervescent bubbles.
• Add a sprig of thyme and a wedge of grapefruit.
• Stir slowly and enjoy.
